How do I correct my mistake?
If you make a mistake, it’s easy to fix it in Airtax.
If you have not yet submitted the lodgement to us you can view the 'In Progress' lodgement on your dashboard. Click on the required lodgement and make the necessary updates before submitting it to us.
If you have already submitted the lodgement to us, simply send an email to help@airtax.com.au outlining your full name, the email address you signed up to Airtax with, and the details of the submission which needs to be edited. We can then ensure this submission is not lodged with the ATO.
If the submission has already been lodged, please email us and we can discuss the options available to correct this error. This may require an amendment of your BAS or income tax return.
