Will I be charged if I’m not eligible?

It is up to each individual to ensure they are eligible to use Airtax before signing up by reading our terms and conditions here. 

If you submit a lodgement to us and we later find out you are not eligible to use Airtax we will notify you and not proceed with lodgement. Assuming no lodgement goes ahead we will also use our discretion to refund any amounts paid where we see fit.
