Cancelling my Airtax account

The ATO law stipulates that we must retain all customer information for 7 years if we have processed any registrations/lodgements. Therefore, we may be unable to delete all accounts. 

However, if you no longer want to use Airtax, you can simply stop using the application and update your email preferences in your account settings, so that you will no longer receive any communications from us.

If you would like to use Airtax again in the future you can simply log back into your account.

If you haven’t submitted any tax information with Airtax and would still like your account deleted, please contact us at help@airtax.com.au
