In some circumstances we must retain information pertaining to customer lodgements, therefore we are unable to delete all accounts.
If you no longer want to use Airtax you can simply stop using the application and update your email preferences in your account settings, so that you will no longer receive any communications from us.
If you would like to use Airtax again in the future you can simply log back into your account.
If you haven’t submitted any tax information with Airtax and would still like your account deleted, please contact us at help@airtax.com.au
